New Associate Sarah Evered Rejoins the Alexander Hutton Team

Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the return of Sarah Evered to the firm as an Associate.
 
A previous Alexander Hutton intern, Sarah is excited to be rejoining the firm after serving as a Business Transformation Consultant at global professional services firm Ernst & Young. Sarah is a strategic and analytical thinker, and she brings a passion for supporting local founders and business owners to her new role at Alexander Hutton. As a Seattle native and third generation graduate of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business, she has deep ties to the Pacific Northwest and comes from a family of small business owners. In this Associate role, Sarah will work closely with clients to lead the development of marketing materials and be an integral member of due diligence and the deal marketing process.

About Sarah Evered
Sarah graduated cum laude from the University of Washington, where she majored in finance and
entrepreneurship in the Foster School of Business. She held internship positions at Seattle-based investment bank Meridian Capital and in the Valuations, Business Modeling and Economics practice at Ernst & Young. She then interned at Alexander Hutton before joining Ernst & Young as a management consultant specializing in large-scale business transformations. At EY she gained a wide variety of experience, spanning from business process improvement to program management and communications strategy. A continued passion for supporting local business owners and Pacific Northwest investment led her back to Alexander Hutton, and she is excited to bring new perspective and insight to the M&A process.
