Alexander Hutton welcomes Ben Thacker to the firm as an Analyst.  

As an Analyst, Ben will be responsible for performing financial analysis, carrying out market research, facilitating due diligence, and assisting M&A clients throughout the full transaction process. Ben previously worked for Deloitte within their Audit practice, where he assisted with various audits in multiple industries. His time with Deloitte gave him a strong background with qualitative and quantitative analysis of businesses, compliance with GAAP, as well as exposure to various accounting transactions, procedures, and best practices.

Regarding his decision to join the firm, Ben commented, “I am excited to join a firm that is well positioned for growth, and I am looking forward to being a valuable contributor to a talented team. I am most excited to work with business owners and help them monetize their life’s work. I have always been interested in entrepreneurship and have great respect for all business owners. About Ben Thacker
Ben holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Gonzaga University. He is also a licensed CPA in the State of Washington. Ben grew up in Edmonds, WA and now lives in Issaquah, WA with his wife, Jamie. In his free time, Ben can be found either on the golf course, tennis court, basketball court, or running trail.
