Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the promotion of Shane Jansen to Director.
The firm is excited for Shane in this new position as he continues to lead the firm and serve its clients. Shane originally joined Alexander Hutton in 2016 as an intern while an undergraduate at the University of Washington. He joined full time as an analyst following his graduation. Over the past nine years, he has been continuously promoted and has made very significant contributions to the firm, including contributing as a team member in over 25 transactions.
In his new role as Director, Shane will expand his role in client-facing engagements and business development responsibilities while continuing to support and lead the firm’s execution team. He will also continue to oversee AH’s junior team while more directly serving clients and prospects.
On Shane’s promotion, James Thompson, CEO and Managing Director commented, “I’m very proud of Shane and all he has contributed to the work we do. He is one of the most experienced dealmakers here at the firm and is a key member of what I believe to be the best team in the Pacific Northwest.”

Shane is recognized for his strong work ethic, professionalism, character and interpersonal skills.
