Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the addition of Kyle Polanski as a Strategic Advisor.
Kyle is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive, and advisor with more than 25 years of experience across finance, consumer products, real estate, and industrial distribution. He has extensive merger and acquisition experience, having worked at a middle market investment bank early in his career, and then acquiring a pet food business via a search fund.
As an advisor, Kyle was a board member at Nutpods, a leading brand of non-dairy creamers, and helped the founders navigate a recapitalization with a prominent private equity investor. He also served as a strategic advisor and fund-raising partner to ANEW Apartments, a Seattle based real estate developer.
Kyle’s current role is Chief Financial Officer at Branom Instrument Company, a distributor of industrial instruments in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to Branom, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Blue Dog Bakery, a leading pet treat brand sold through major retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, and Amazon.com.
