Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the promotion of Mitch Stengle to Senior Analyst.

The firm is proud to recognize Mitch’s accomplishments and meaningful contributions to the team. Mitch joined the team in August of 2025 as an Analyst. Prior to joining Alexander Hutton, Mitch was an Analyst at Meridian Capital, where he provided M&A advisory services to clients in the Industrial Services sector. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington and is a lifelong Washington native.

Since joining Alexander Hutton, Mitch has made a significant impact on the firm through his strong financial analysis and modeling skills, strategic planning, and relentless work ethic. Throughout his time at Alexander Hutton, Mitch has played an integral role in executing numerous M&A transactions, delivering thoughtful financial analyses, developing marketing materials, coordinating due diligence, and helping clients successfully navigate complex transactions, including the successful acquisition of Diversified Plastics, Inc. by The Rubber Group. In his new role as Senior Analyst, Mitch will be given additional responsibility in the transaction execution process, as well as assist in the management and development of new Analysts and Interns.

Mitch’s broad analytical skills and client service abilities are well-matched by his strong character and leadership skills. This summer, Mitch is helping to lead the firm’s internship program, leading a group of interns through marketing processes, due diligence workstreams, and business development efforts. Managing Director James Thompson noted: “Mitch has been an invaluable member of our team since day one. He brings a thoughtful approach to every client engagement that has allowed him to become a trusted resource for both our team and our clients. This promotion reflects the confidence we have in Mitch’s future at AH, and I look forward to working more closely with him in his new role.”

This promotion reflects Mitch’s broad skillset, transaction expertise, and strong work ethic.
