Alexander Hutton is eager to welcome Courtney Renaud-Lloyd to the firm as the Office and Marketing Manager.

Courtney joined the team in August of 2026, and the firm is appreciative of her career change as she contributes unique experience to the team. Prior to joining Alexander Hutton, Courtney was a secondary English teacher–providing structured and diverse content to students to expand their knowledge and appreciation of conceptual literature. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors from the University of Washington and a Master’s in Teaching from Whitworth University. While her passions were geared previously to academics, Courtney is excited to apply her skills creatively for the promotion and organization of the firm.

Upon joining the team, Courtney has begun to contribute to Alexander Hutton in administrative ways: leaning into marketing initiatives, maintaining organization of digital and physical office materials, and communicating with the firm to ensure quality and clarity are prioritized. Currently, she is working to alter the digital presence of the firm to enhance accessibility and visually develop her content mastery. In this new role, Courtney will be given additional responsibility in processes related to the firm’s business goals. Therefore, her commitments to Alexander Hutton represent the collective passion to establish the team’s efforts.

Courtney’s distinct communication and imaginative skills are integrated with the firm’s ambition to share the intricate stories woven into their work. This placement mirrors Courtney’s initial love for English and its complexities as she dives into the business populace to share her expertise. She brings an attentive and curious position to the office, personally highlighting that she is enthusiastic to step into this new opportunity “with much to learn and much to contribute. Teaching is a completely different world from what I am doing now, but I am beyond thankful for Alexander Hutton to bring me in as a part of their team. Leading a classroom of teenagers is intrinsically humbling and fruitful all at the same time, so I am prepared for the constructive challenges I encounter in this position and the joys that come with being a contributing member to a great business.”
