SEATTLE, WA -- Alexander Hutton is very pleased to announce it facilitated a majority investment for Ro Health, Inc. The shareholders following the transaction include Achieve Partners, Ro Health Founder & CEO Jeff Widmyer and other senior executives and board members of Ro Health.

Regarding the transaction Alexander Hutton Managing Director Scott Hardman said, “The majority investment from Achieve Partners will not only accelerate Ro’s already rapid growth by utilizing Achieve’s Last Mile Training program, it also allowed current shareholders to gain some liquidity while continuing to have significant ownership. Given the strong alignment and fit between the parties, we were thrilled to assist Jeff and his team to complete this transaction.”

Legal counsel for Ro’s shareholders was Ogden Murphy Wallace while Achieve was represented by Greenberg Traurig. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
